  • Barricade/Street Closure Permits
  • Obtaining all Department of Transportation required permits.These may include but are not limited to: Barricade, Maintenance, Operating equipment in the public way, and Street Closure Permits.

  • Standard Process (E-Plan Submission)
  • The Standard Plan Review Program is designed for small to mid-sized construction or alteration projects. Drawings are required for this review program.

  • Developer Services
  • This is a newer process designed to help streamline the permitting process for larger, more-complex projects such as high-rise buildings and institutions. We take pride in being one of the first chosen companies to partake in this particular process and are excited to offer this to our clients.

  • Self-Certification
  • The Self-Certification Program simplifies the building permit review process for eligible projects by allowing the licensed architect, or structural engineer of record, to take full responsibility for code compliance. Plan reviews are eliminated by allowing the Professional of Record to certify that the project complies with the Chicago Building Code.

  • OUC
  • If your project has a foundation system deeper then 12 ft. you will be required to get OUC approval. We can assist in consulting, preparation, scheduling and attending of all OUC meetings alongside your Architects and Engineers. The 27+ utility reviews that are required for approval seem daunting, but don't let it scare you. We are here to help streamline the process for you.

  • Zoning and land use-related issues are areas of our expertise; Whether it's a turn-down letter for a variation or a zoning opinion letter, we can process it in a timely matter.
